Margaret S. Haga

Owner and President of H & H Shoe Repair

I grew up in Jacksonville, NC , and I am from a military family. I have been in the shoe repair industry for nearly 30 years.   I started working at H & H Shoe Repair in May of 1986 while attending North Carolina State University.  I received my Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineer from NCSU in May 1990, and in June of 1994, I became the owner and President of H & H Shoe Repair.

With the ever changing economic climate, I  diversified my  business model, and moved in the direction of foot care as well as repair.  In 2002, I became a Certified Pedorthist and a Registered Fitter of Orthotic, which has allowed me to  help people stay active by focusing on foot health.

I enjoy surfing, snowboarding, exercising and golf when I am away from work.  I have a daughter Ashlee, who is also attending NCSU.

We at H & H specialize in custom orthotics and shoe modifications, and we pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service.  I am very blessed to have Troy, Liz and Jenn as part of our team.    H & H will celebrate its 30th anniversary next year, and we look forward to serving you for another 30 years.

Liz Chiles

Board Certified Pedorthist and Registered Fitter of Orthotics

I grew up in Fayetteville NC. and moved to Raleigh after graduating from college in 1981. I received a Bachelors in Physical Education with a Minor in Education.

I came to H & H in 2000 and became a Board Certified Pedorthist and Registered Fitter of Orthotics.  I have served on the Board of Directors for the Pedorthic Footcare Association.

I love working with people to help them ambulate pain free.

I also love being outdoors and playing golf.

Troy

I moved to the Raleigh Durham area in 1988 from Bay St. Louis MS.

I have worked in shoe repair since 1988 first in Durham and then in Raleigh coming to H & H in 1997.

I have a wonderful wife Lupe whom I married in 1992, and I have two beautiful children Ace and Dominque.

I love taking walks, cooking out with my family, traveling and taking cruises.
